The three judges of the Fiji Court of Appeal will deliver their ruling in the Qarase verse Bainimarama case from this hour.

The appeal hearing ran for three days and the three judges, Justice Randall Powell, Justice Ian Llyod and Justice Francis Douglas will today rule on whether the President has reserved and prerogative powers to appoint ministers, make promulgations and validate the dissolution of the SDL led parliament in December 2006.
