Ousted Prime Minister Laisenia Qarase has stressed that the High Court ruling delivered against them yesterday will not stop the SDL from pursuing its other cases in the courts.
Qarase said their case against the work on the Draft People's Charter will not be withdrawn.
The Ousted Prime Minister also said their lawyers are exploring all legal avenues to appeal the High Court decision yesterday, and one option is also to take their appeal to an International Court as they feel that justice will be denied by the Appeals Court.
