The Flying Fijians team will be named in the next hour and coach Samu Domoni Junior said one of the major areas that the team concentrated on during training was the "basics of rugby".

Domoni said he stressed to the boys that selection into the team to meet the Wallabies will not focus on whether a player is local or overseas based, but he has to know the basics and the skills to counter their opponents.

Domoni added that the boys have the skills.

He said it is a question of how they apply that on the day that matters.
