“Playing in a Rugby World Cup is every little boy’s dream and this is our chance to make our dream come true”.

Those are words of Cook Islands captain Stanley Wright, a prop based in France and one of the few full-time professional players.

A few other players who are expected to provide the spark for the Cook Islanders are center Joel Rapana, who has played for the Queensland Reds, hooker Francis Smith who plays for New Zealand's Tasman province, and Auckland winger Chay Raui.

Meanwhile Vodafone Flying Fijian winger Sireli Bobo said it would be impossible to understate the Cook Islands as the winner will play the opening match of next year’s World Cup against England, in front of 80,000 fans at Twickenham.

Flying Fijians coach John McKee said they have spent a lot of time this week in improving on their break downs, driving mauls and giving away penalties.

The Flying Fijians will meet Cook Islands at 3pm tomorrow at Churchill Park and you can catch the live commentary on our sister station VITI FM.

Meanwhile the William Webb Ellis Trophy visited Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Primary School this morning.

The Webb Ellis Trophy was at Raiwaqa and Qauia rugby clubs earlier this afternoon.
