Fiji soccer team striker Roy Krishna has applied for his release from Labasa soccer association.

Krishna who won the Golden Boot award in the Oceania under 20 soccer playoffs last season is in the Fiji under 23 camp at the moment and wants to play for Ba this season.

Labasa soccer president Avinesh Kumar said Krishna will only be released to join the Men In Black if he pays $6,000 which he owes to the association.

Meanwhile Krishna will not be joining New Zealand's Waitakere United this season. It is understood that his visa has been rejected.
