Fiji’s Roy Krishna who plays for Wellington Phoenix in the A-League continues to make his name in New Zealand as he has won the club’s goal of the year.
Krishna’s strike in Round 9 against Newcastle Jets at Hunter Stadium as been recognized as the best goal for the club.
Krishna has scored nine goals in his 23 appearances with the Phoenix this season.
Meanwhile, the first round of the Vodafone Fiji Fact kicks off this Sunday.
At Govind Park, Nadroga will play Nadi at 2pm while Ba will take on Lautoka at 4pm.
