Labasa soccer team striker Roy Krishna is back in the country and could play for the Babasiga Lions in the upcoming Vodafone Fiji Fact.

Krishna who plays for Waitakere United in New Zealand was eyed to play for the NZFC Stars against New Zealand A but since their NZFC and O League seasons is over, he had to return.

It is understood that Labasa soccer officials are working to get his International Transfer Clearance so that he is available for the first major soccer tournament of the year.

Krishna last week played for Waitakere in the second leg O-League final but could not help his side reach the Fifa Club World Cup although they won 2-1 but Papua New Guinea's Hekari United qualified on aggregate.

Labasa will play Suva in the opening round of the Fiji Fact on May 22nd at Subrail Park.
