Electoral Systems in Fiji's history have highlighted the role of race in our political culture.
When asked by Fijivillage News on whether an election system is the cause of Fiji's racial problems, Professor Brij Lal, one of the architects of the 1997 Constitution, said Fiji's electoral systems in its history did have an impact regarding race relations.
This comes after the NCBBF revealed its recommendations on electoral reform it wants to implement before the polls.
