Commissioner Western Joeli Rokovada is now working closely with the head of Government Departments in the Western Division to look at ways to help the people in the province of Navosa not to rely on marijuana cultivation as their source of income.
Rokovada will be leading the head of government ministries in the west when they meet with the villagers in Navosa to look at the difficulties they face in their daily lives.
Meanwhile, with Police unveiling the largest marijuana farm in Bemana District in the highlands of Navosa, it has also been revealed that Police are not well equipped with resources to trace these farms and arrest those behind it.
