It is unlikely that Peni Rokodiva Junior will don the national jumper to the next Leg of the IRB World 7s series in New Zealand.

At the moment, Rokodiva is training with the Prison Wardens side who are taking part in the Suva International 7s.

His parents revealed that Rokodiva took time out to recover and has opted to train with the Prisons team as he was recently employed as a prison officer.

Rokodiva had captained the Fiji Babas team to the Sri Lanka 7s just before the Dubai 7s tournament, where he injured his knee.

National Digicel Fiji 7s coach, Iliesa Tanivula said that they are keeping in contact with Rokodiva however it is unlikely that the youngster will be used in the New Zealand 7s in Wellington in February.

Meanwhile, the Digicel Suva International 7s tournament will be held from the 21st to 23rd of next month at the TFL National Stadium in Suva.
