Sevens veteran Nasoni Roko has slammed critics and said he is ready to step up to any national call that comes his way.
Roko revealed that a lot has been said about the 2008/2009 IRB Sevens Series being his last national appearance but the Japan based player says age is not a factor for him.
The Serea, Naitasiri, villager first represented Fiji in 2002 and has over 30 national representations to international tournaments under his belt four of these being to the Hong Kong Sevens Tournament.
Meanwhile, speaking on the future of current coach Iliesa Tanivula, Roko said that Fiji has a lot of promise under the new coach and he should be retained.
The Fiji Rugby Union is expected to meet with Coach Tanivula to discuss his future in the code.
