A 22-year-old Nadi man charged with several counts of robbery with violence, larceny and burglary will spend his next 15 years behind bars.
The court heard that Livai Mavalu was involved in a series of robberies between 15th January to March this year.
He pleaded guilty to the 15 counts of robbery with violence, larceny and burglary which included office breaking, house breaking and home invasion.
While sentencing him Magistrate Nazim Sahu Khan said that home invasion is a serious offence and sentenced him to 15 years imprisonment.
