The Works and Transport Ministry has started to improve infrastructure in the Outer Islands.
Spokesperson Sainiana Waqainabete said most outer Islands need infrastructure development and this what they are focusing on now.
Waqainabete said they have started work first in Kadavu by improving the road conditions and upgrading the wharves.
