They met twice in the Southern Zone secondary school rugby competition and this Saturday they will face each other again in the Under 14 final of the Coca Cola Zero Deans.
Suva Grammar and Marist Brothers High School will try and settle the score once and for all in this weekend’s final.
Grammar will rely on their four Suva Kaji reps from last year which includes their star number eight from Tuvalu Howard Tremaine.
The Grammarians came through a tough road leading to the final after beating Western and Eastern zone winners, Natabua High School and QVS respectively in the quarter and semifinals.
Captain and center Jone Vereivalu said their loss to Marist in the Southern Zone final is history because the final is a different ball game altogether.
Marist meet Suva Grammar in the Under 14 while Lelean and Marist will battle in the Under 15.
Ratu Navula face QVS in the Under 16 and Ratu Sukuna Memorial in the Under 17.
In the Under 18 final Nasinu will play defending champions QVS.
The final will be held at Churchill Park this Saturday.
