Winning the Tadra Kahani Dream Story Stage Show after years of competing has taught my students a lot about dedication and perseverance.
These are the words of Tadra Kahani senior division champions Rishikul Sanatan College coordinator Vicky Shandil at the presentation of their winning cheque this morning.
Shandil said after more than five years of entering the Tadra Kahani on a yearly basis, they never gave up, knowing that one day their dedication will pay off with a win.
Rishikul had scooped the senior division of the Tadra Kahani with the theme, "The Diary, Let's Prevent Suicide", while the primary division went to first timers Nakelo District with the theme "Let's save our turtles".
A total of $23,400 profit was made during Tadra Kahani and the profits will be distributed to the eighteen participating schools.
