When children talk about their rights they should know that those rights come with responsibilities.
This is sentiment made by Suva Lawyer Semi Leweniqila while speaking to Youths attending a week long seminar organised by the Methodist Church of Fiji, Suva Division.
Leweniqila said he stressed this point to the participants because often children may be aware of what rights they have, but they do not fully understand the responsibilities that come with those rights.
Other important subjects discussed during the seminar were Adoscent changes, Climate Change and registration on the Vola ni Kawa Bula.
The seminar continues this morning at 9am.
