Newly appointed Interim Trade and Communications Minister Tom Ricketts has come out and supported the move by the Interim government to deregulate the Telecommunications market.
Ricketts said the move will see growth in investments and an increase in job opportunities.
He also said the plan to auction mobile phone licenses will go ahead as planned.
Meanwhile, Ricketts said that once he has familiarized himself with his Communications portfolio, a decision will be made on the fate of Channel Two Television.
