Nasinu Mayor and a member of the National Council for Building a Better Fiji Councillor Rajeshwar Kumar said landowners should be the richest people in the country.
Kumar said landowners should utilize their land and lease it out to farmers so that they get a fair share of lease money which in turn will assist them to improve their lives.
The Nasinu Mayor said landowners should not be afraid that their land will be taken over by the Indian community.
