Rewa soccer team will go into the Vodafone Fiji Fact this weekend, with the underdogs tag.
The Delta Tigers have never won the tournament since it started in 1991.
Association President Pranil Singh said this could be Rewa's year, after wrapping up training last night.
He said preparations have so far been good and the morale amongst the players is high and they believe that they can create history in Lautoka, come Sunday afternoon.
Rewa is boosted with the inclusion of Solomon Internationals Abraham Inga and Joe L.I.
The other players that have responsibilities on their shoulders to bring glory to Rewa are James Naka, Simione Tamanisau, Ratu Veresa Toma, and Marika Rodu.
Rewa who was on a bye in the opening round will play Ba in their opening match tomorrow at 8pm at Churchill Park. You can catch a live commentary of this match on our sister station Radio Sargam.
