The Rewa soccer team is the first side to book a place in the Courts IDC semifinal next weekend after been undefeated in their last three pool games.

The delta tigers beat Ba 1-nil in their first pool game and also score the same score line last night against Lautoka.

This morning the Manoj Kumar coached side edged Nasinu 2 goals to 1 to secure a spot in the semifinal.

Rewa leads Pool 2 with 9 points followed by Suva on 4 points while Ba is at third place with 1 point.

Ba's protest against Suva regarding Shekar Prakash the New Zealand based player did not go in their favour and last night results where both sides locked nil all at full time will remain as the Men in Black couldn't provide evidence.

In this morning's game Nadroga defeated Tavua 3-nil, while this afternoon Navua managed to beat Nadi 1-0.

This is how soccer commentator, Nadeem Mohammed describe the goal.

In the game between Ba and Nasinu, the Men in Black managed to defeat Nasinu 2-0 with both goals coming from Avinesh Swamy.

The last game of the day, Lautoka beat hosts Suva after Alvin Avinesh found the back of the net from the penalty spot.
