Rewa defeats Suva to set up BOG final with Ba

The Rewa soccer team will play Ba in the Inkk Mobile BOG final on Sunday at 3pm.

Rewa defeated Suva 1-0 in the second semifinal.

Rewa striker Iosefo Verevou scored the winning goal in the 30th minute of the first half.

The Delta Tigers created numerous scoring opportunities inside the Suva penalty box however they could not convert them into goals.

Suva tried hard to comeback but Rewa goalkeeper Simione Tamanisau made some brilliant saves to prevent Suva from scoring.

Verevou told fijivillage.com that he will treat the final against Ba as the last match of his life.
