The Marama Roko Tui Dreketi Ro Teimumu Kepa is expected to chair a combined meeting this hour, involving the chiefs of Rewa and the church ministers from the Rewa circuit.
This is in preparation for the annual Methodist Church conference where the Rewa people will host the event next year.
Deputy chairman for the Rewa Provincial Council Pita Tagicakiverata said the Rewa church circuit covers some areas in Tailevu, Naitasiri, Kuku, Beqa, Suvavou and Lami.
Meanwhile, villagers in Rewa have started to reconstruct their houses to billet church ministers and representatives for the annual church conference.
The meeting this hour will be held at the Bureivudi meeting House.
