Police are urging members of the public to resolve their family disputes in an amicable manner.
The call comes after a 32 year old woman of Sabeto Nadi allegedly hacked her husband’s hand with a cane knife.
Assistant Police Spokesperson Inspector Atunaisa Sokomuri said they will come hard on those people who take law into their hands and hurt others.
The woman is expected to be charged today.
The incident happened on Friday after the couple had an argument regarding a matter.
It is alleged the wife struck a cane knife onto the husbands hand.
