The Water Authority of Fiji has urged residents living along Tovata, Tuirara, Upper Makoi, Qaranivalu Road, Kalabu village, Naveiwakau, Valelevu, Newtown, Tacirua East, Upper Caubati, Cunningham, Sakoca, Khalsa Road, Dokanaisuva and Tacirua village to store water now.
Spokesperson, Maika Nagalu said there will be power shutdown along the Wainibuku areas from next hour till 4.30 in the afternoon which is expected to affect their pumps.
He said power supply is expected to normalize by this evening and has urged people to store water now.
