Delainavesi Resident, Jennifer Fonorito said people need to be given a time frame on when power will be restored.
In Rakiraki, Sanjeet Maharaj said people are filling their buckets with water from a nearby river for cooking and washing.
Meanwhile, many more residents in the Western Division remain without water, where the Water Supply Office said once flood waters recede, they will be able to work on the pumps affected by the floods.
Meanwhile, engineers are working in Lautoka, Sigatoka, Tavua, Nadi and Rakiraki, hoping to restore water as soon as possible.
