Residents of Delainavesi and Lami have been without water for the past few weeks.
Delainavesi Resident Emily Wilisoni said there not been any water is a reflection of the Public Works Department.
Wilson said something needs to be done and soon, as water is a need that cannot be done without.
Wailekutu Resident, Marie Waqairatu said hopefully the PWD will fix the problem as soon as possible.
The Water Supply Department confirmed these areas are affected due to low water levels at the Tamavua and Wainubuka reservoirs. Engineers are trying to pump water from Waila into these catchments and supply will be restored once water levels at the two reservoirs reach sufficient levels.
Divisional Water Engineer Eastern Samuela Tubui is expected to comment later today.
