Sick people in the Valelevu, Makoi and Raiwaqa areas are benefitting from the long opening hours of health centres putting less pressure on the Colonial War Memorial Hospital now.
These are the words of the Health PRO Iliesa Tora who said the Health Centres are open from 6am to 10pm from Monday to Friday and also open from 8am to 4pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
He said extending the hours has been a part of their program to provide people with better health services and they are also looking at extending the opening times at other places as well.
