There are replacement plans in place when there are machinery and equipment problems in our hospitals.
These are the words of Director Curative Health Services Dr Ami Chandra who said sometimes the repair of these machines are very expensive but this cannot be helped because it is constantly in use and would be prone to wear and tear.
When asked on whether there should be cause for worry if medical equipment and machinery break down, Dr Chandra said machines aren't the only ones that can give a diagnosis on a patient.
