Nothing has been finalised so far with regards to who will replace current Chief Fire Officer, Mark Reid.
Reid who has been with the National Fire Authority for the past five yet says that there has been no word as yet but is confident that by the end of the month something will be finalised.
He adds that over the years he has been able to bring the standard of service at NFA up to international standards stressing that he will be pleased to see his work carried on.
Meanwhile, with regards to his future plans Reid has opted to remain silent for now on his future plans.
