The interim Prime Minister Commodore Frank Bainimarama has stressed that the reforms stated in the draft People's Charter will be implemented before the next elections.

Commodore Frank Bainimarama said there have been constitutional changes in 1990 and 1997, and it can be done again.

When questioned by Fijivillage on how the electoral and constitutional reforms would be implemented, Commodore Bainimarama said only time will tell.
