The Reds took their record to six wins in a row when they smashed last year's Super Rugby champions the Bulls 39-30 in Brisbane.

The Reds outscored the Bulls by six tries to three and dominated the match throughout.

The chances of the Bulls defending their title now look highly unlikely as they trail the Reds and Crusaders by 14 points and the Stormers and Sharks in their own conference by 8 points although the Stormers still have a match to play this round.

In other games, The Stormers got back to winning ways when they beat the Lions by 19 points to 33 at Coca Cola Park in Johannesburg.

Still in South Africa, the Hurricanes scored a last minute try to beat the Cheetahs 50 points to 47 in a high scoring game.

In New Zealand, The Blues hammered the Waratahs 31-17 in Auckland after a first half blitz that saw the Blues score five tries.

The Blues scored their fourth and bonus point try after 26 minutes and before the Waratahs had got themselves on the scoreboard.

The Waratahs trailed 31-7 at half time but managed to keep the Blues scoreless in the second half while adding 10 points to their own score.

Tonight at 6.10pm the Force will take on the Brumbies.
