Defending super rugby champions the Reds want to beat the Stormers at home tonight despite the Stormers having a better record against them.
The Reds have only won two of their last eight meetings with the Stormers.
The Reds will be without Quade Cooper while the Stormers will miss Jean de Villiers, Andries Bekker and Schalk Burger tonight.
The Stormers will play the Reds at 9:40 tonight and the Highlanders will host the Blues at 7:35pm.
