Defending champions of the Super Rugby, the Reds have been hit by injuries ahead of tomorrow's clash with the Western Force.
Centre Anthony Faingaa and flanker Scott Higginbotham have been ruled out while hooker James Hanson will come off the bench at Suncorp Stadium.
Radike Samo has been promoted from the bench in a reshuffled back row where Jake Schatz will move into No 6 jersey.
Ben Tapuai will move to outside centre in place of midfield partner Faingaa. The Reds and Western Force match kicks of 8.40pm tomorrow.
Meanwhile, at 6.35 tonight, Blues will play Chiefs and at 8.40pm Rebels will take on Waratahs.
