Coral Coast 7s defending champions, Red Rock suffered their first defeat after they lost in the opening match to Yalovata by 14-7.

Red Rock has a very young team as their number one team is currently taking part in a tournament in Australia.

Army, led by Dale Tonawai amd Napolioni Naulia beat Uprising by 24-19.

Navosa laced with top players like former Clermont winger, Napolioni Nalaga, Jonetani Ratu, Neumi Nanuku and Iliesa Ratuva thrashed Ratu Filise by 14-nil.

Navosa is currently coached by former Otago rep, Aisea Tuilevu and also has the services of former Australia 7s rep, David Campese.
