Defending Uprising Fiji International 7s champion, Red Rock has named a young side to defend their title.
Coach, Lote Rasiga will rely on the leadership of Timoci Nakelo to guide the team that includes former 7s rep, Niko Aisake and prominent players like Varinava Are, Venasio Tokatoka vanua, Suli Tuwai and former 400 meter champion, Isoa Me.
Most of the past Red Rock seasonal players have moved abroad while the likes of Peni Gaunimeke who was instrumental in the Red Rock win against Army Green in the final last year has joined the Police team while some players are now in the Wardens team.
The 2012 Uprising Fiji International 7s will be held at the TFL Stadium on the 20th and 21st of this month.
