Former Netball Fiji President Adi Makelesi Lutuciri has called on the executives of Netball Fiji to reconsider their decision in not sending the National team to take part in the Pacific Netball series this month.
Speaking to Fijivillage, Lutuciri said that being the 2007 Pacific Games Gold medallist winners, the Fiji Netball team should go to Samoa.
Meanwhile, current Netball Fiji President Milika Munivai said the main reason for not sending the team to the Tri-Series is because of financial constraints.
The National team will arrive later this week after the Tri-Series in South Africa, having played to a draw game against South Africa in their first match by 49-all, beating Botswana by 53-30 and losing out to South Africa by 47 points to 33.
