More than 200 recipients lined up outside the Social Welfare Headquarters to collect their money today with many having to return empty handed.
Fijivillage spoke to some of the recipients who say they have to wait for long hours outside the office to collect their money.
However, Social Welfare Media Officer Frederick Elbourne said it is written very clearly on their vouchers that they have to collect their money on 5th day of every month and not the 1st.
