The Fiji Women’s Crisis Centre is deeply concerned about Interim Prime Minister Commodore Frank Bainimarama's decision not to attend the Pacific Leaders meeting in Papua New Guinea tomorrow.
Coordinator Shamima Ali said Commodore Bainimarama's reason for not attending the Forum is not good enough as there are people and organizations who are taking care of the flood relief programme.
She added Interim Attorney General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum should not be sent to the Forum as the Interim Prime Minister made the promise to the Forum in Tonga in 2007 that he would have elections in March this year.
