Kameli Ravuci and Apolosi Koroi are through to the next round of eliminations in the 400 metres event in the Commonwealth Youth Games in Samoa.
Ruvuci finished his race in a time 49.46 seconds and Koroi ran a time of 49.83 seconds.
The eliminations will take place tomorrow at 12.30pm.
Meanwhile, Alesi Finau and Laisani Kavuru lost out for a place in the Girls 100m finals today.
Finau finished in 9th place with a time of 12.45 seconds while Laisani Kavuru was placed 14th with a time of 12.82 seconds.
Team Fiji Squash representative, John Shackley lost his match against Richard Hollins from Scotland today.
He lost 3‑0.
Team Fiji has not won any medals as yet.
The Sevens competition will start on Wednesday.
Fiji is represented in both the Women’s and Men’s sevens competition.
