After failing to play against the Silver Ferns last month due to injury, ever-improving Fiji Pearls goal shooter Unaisi Rauluni is ready for the challenge that is ahead of her in the Netball World Cup in Sydney.

Rauluni adds as a young player who is continually developing her skills being part of Fiji Pearls team to the World Cup is a dream come true for her.

The 20-year-old says her size will not be an issue when competing against top Netball players from other countries.

This is Rauluni’s first Netball World Cup after making her debut for Fiji as a 16-year-old in 2011.

She will transitionally play as a goal attack and goal shooter.

The Fiji Pearls will play Wales at 11.05am this Friday.

Fiji will then face Uganda at 1.20pm Saturday before taking on Zambia at 5.20pm Sunday.
