Fiji rugby 15's captain Mosese Rauluni will not start against Italy for the Pacific Islanders final tour match.

Rauluni has been relegated to the reserve bench and his captaincy band has been given to Tonga's Nili Latu.

Pacific Islanders coach Quddus Fielea has only named four Fijian players in his run-on team while Tonga has 6 and Samoa has four players in the starting line-up.

Kameli Ratuvou is named at fullback while Vilimoni Delasau retained his place on the wing. Seremaia Bai and Sisa Koyamaibole are other has also been retained.

Samoa's Sailosi Tagicakibau, Filipo Levi and Seilala Mapusua, who were rested in last week's match against France got the nod to play against Italy.

Fielea said they must end the tour on a high note and has asked his players for a win. The Pacific Islanders / Italy match will kick off on Sunday at 2am.
