Ratu Navula Secondary School is just a step away from creating history in the Coca Cola Deans trophy competition.

The Nadi based school on Saturday qualified for the semifinal for the second year in a row and are gunning for their first ever appearance in the Deans final.

Under the watchful eyes of national 7s coach Iliesa Tanivula who is assisting the side, they will start as favourites against their semifinal opponent RKS.

The inclusion of 5 national U20 reps in the team was evident last Saturday against Suva Grammar where they played with 14 players throughout the second half.

The Deans trophy semifinal in both the Tier 1 and Tier 2 will be held on Saturday at the TFL Stadium.
