Ratu Navula College has booked a place in the Coca Cola Deans trophy quarter final after thumping Saint Thomas 34-9 in the Western Zone 2 semifinal at Prince Charles park.
Co-ordinator, Lionel Dan-ford said the Ratu Navula side proved too strong for Saint Thomas throughout the game, with the experience of most players who have been part of the Nadi U-20 rugby team.
Danford believes with the Deans final now schedule to be held in Churchill Park, he expects some of the western schools to be in the final of some of the grades.
Just looking at this afternoon's results, Natabua beat Cuvu College 11-8 in the U-14 grades and also Lomawai edged Ba Provincial School 17-14.
In the U-15 grade, Lomawai defeated Ba Province yet again 15-5.
Ratu Navula proved too strong for Nadi College winning 32-9 in the U-17 semifinal.
