One of the biggest upsets has been recorded in the Uprising Fiji International 7s, after the Noa Nadruku coached Ratu Filise side beat the Auckland Invitational side by 15-nil.

Auckland Invitational, which is coached by former Flying Fijians coach, Wayne Pivac is the New Zealand National 7s tournament champions that beat Otago in the final earlier this month.

In other matches played earlier today, the Digicel Fiji Barbarians team started their campaign at the Uprising Fiji International 7s on a high note after beating Jokhan Realtors Marist by 24-5.

The Barbarians 4 tries came from Osea Kolinisau, Iliesa Nadau and Metuisela Talebula.

In other results, the LICI Police beat Samurai Barracudas 21-10, URF Wardens beat the Emosi Vucago captained Fiji Warriors 27-14 and Jim Beam Uprising beat Samoa Invitational 19-7.
