It has now been confirmed that Interim Foreign Affairs Minister Ratu Epeli Nailatikau will act as Fiji's Interim Prime Minister when Commodore Bainimarama departs for the US tonight.
The Interim PM said he took his nominee up to Government House yesterday.
Commodore Bainimarama will address the UN General Assembly on Friday. The General Assembly which will have more than 150 leaders in attendance will be the biggest ever world leaders meeting.
