Last year's Coca-Cola games blue ribbon silver medalist and Red Rock playmaker Waisake Raselala is another player Vodafone Fiji 7s coach Ben Ryan will closely monitor this weekend as he scouts for talent for the Japan 7s.
Ryan said Raselala has speed to burn but it will depend on how he stands out at the Fiji Bitter Marist 7s.
Ryan added that he will also monitor a New Zealand based team taking part in the Fiji Bitter Marist 7s.
Fiji is pooled with Samoa, France and USA for the Japan 7s which is on the 22nd and 23rd of this month.
