The Confederation of Public Sector Unions said Public Service Commission Chairman Rishi Ram has not acted in good faith since taking up his post.
Spokesperson Agni Deo Singh has raised serious concern on Ram's attitude towards Unions when making decisions which affect their members.
According to Singh, PSC has taken some big decisions without properly consulting various Unions.
He adds some of the decisions came known to them only through media reports.
But Ram said that he does not need to engage in talks with the Unions to make decisions.
