Police are expected to interview Suva Lawyer Rajendra Chaudhry and Fiji One's Close Up host Anish Chand later today.
Police investigators have confirmed that their interviewing process will begin today after which a decision will be made.
Director Operations SSP Waisea Tabakau told Fijivillage earlier that once they have compiled statements and interviews the file will be forwarded to the DPP's office for an assessment after which charges if any will be laid.
SSP Tabakau also highlighted that any breach of the Public Order Act will be taken seriously and those responsible will have to face the full brunt of the law.
Chaudhry and Chand are under investigation for alleged inciteful comments.
