Suva Lawyer Rajendra Chaudhry has confirmed that he will file a case against Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption (FICAC) next week.
Chaudhry told Fijivillage that FICAC had charged him for obstructing a FICAC Officer while performing his duty and the Magistrates Court later ruled that Chaudhry had no case to answer.
Chaudhry said FICAC lawyers had carried out their work maliciously while laying charges against him.
FICAC Spokesperson Erica Lee said they will comment on the matter later today.
