The Raiwaqa Health Centre will now be open from 8am to 10pm on weekdays and from 8am to 4.30pm on weekends, to allow the public to have easier access to health services.
The opening of Makoi and Valelevu Health centres has seen a decline in the number of people waiting for hours to be seen at the CWM hospital.
Two doctors will be stationed at the Raiwaqa health centre to see patients.
